Three is the Magic Number is a zine I created to accompany ARTIST’S STUDIO// WITCH’S ALTAR. It explores how the number three has links to witchcraft, such as witches being depicted in threes in popular culture (think Hocus Pocus) and the repetition of threes even being used as evidence in Scottish witch trials. I felt a close connection to this information as the number three has always been lucky to me, so wanted to explore it further.
